This page explains how to delete your Agoh account (app published by Glabs325), what is deleted, what may be kept and how long it takes.
1. From the app
- Open Agoh and sign in.
- Open the Profile tab (settings) and scroll down to the Danger zone.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
- For your security, Agoh asks you to confirm your identity by signing in again with Google or Apple on auth.agoh.app.
Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out. If the identity check is cancelled or fails, nothing is deleted.
2. Without the app
If you can no longer sign in or no longer have the app, email [email protected] with the subject "Agoh account deletion", from your account's email address (the one of your Google or Apple account). If possible, include your profile name. If the email does not come from the account's address, we may ask you to prove that the account is yours. We process the request within 30 days at most and confirm the deletion by email.
3. Data deleted
- your sign-in account and your profile (name, photo, banner, description, contact details);
- your provider page: services, service areas, prices, products, venues, portfolio and all their photos;
- the events you created, with their photos, guests, crews, tasks and participations;
- your participations and crew memberships in other events;
- your notification tokens on all your devices;
- data from older features linked to your account (followers, referrals, comments…).
Server-side deletion starts automatically as soon as the account is deleted and usually completes within minutes.
4. Data kept
- Requests and conversations with another user: they are part of the other party's history. They remain visible to that person, without your profile or contact details (you appear as "deleted account"); the messages you sent remain readable by them. If the other party has also deleted their account, everything is deleted.
- Tasks you created or checked in another user's event or project: they are part of that event and stay there.
- Payment data from older versions (before 6.0): kept for the legal accounting periods (up to 10 years).
- Statistics and crash reports (Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics): not linked to your profile, they are erased according to Google's retention periods (Crashlytics: 90 days; Analytics: 14 months after the last activity).
- Support exchanges: at most 3 years after the last exchange.
5. Good to know
- Deletion is permanent: the account and its content cannot be recovered.
- Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
- Agoh has no paid subscription in its current version, so there is nothing to cancel.
