Gidoma is a household management tool (inventory, tasks, maintenance, reminders, export) operating primarily offline.
4. Account and Access
No personal user account is required for the primary use of the application.
5. License to Use
Glabs325 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the application for your own needs, in accordance with these Terms of Use.
6. Rules of Use
- You are responsible for the data you enter.
- You undertake not to divert the application from its intended purpose, nor attempt to compromise its security.
- You remain responsible for your device backups (iCloud / Google).
7. In-app Purchases
Certain features may be offered for a fee, including in the form of in-app purchases, monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, or lifetime purchases ("lifetime"), depending on your device, your store, and the version of Gidoma used.
- The price, currency, included features, duration, renewal terms, and useful information prior to purchase confirmation are displayed on the relevant purchase screen and/or by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Billing, cancellation, restoration, and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant store.
- The lifetime purchase, when offered, corresponds to a non-recurring unlock for the store account that made the purchase, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable platform.
- Mandatory consumer rights and legal guarantees applicable to digital content and services remain reserved.
8. Intellectual Property
The application, its trademarks, visuals, databases, and code are protected. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.
9. Availability and Evolution
Glabs325 may correct, suspend, or modify all or part of the service at any time, particularly for maintenance, security, or compliance.
Certain changes may include functions for usage measurement, remote configuration, or global product information and security notifications, within the limits provided by the privacy policy and user settings.
10. Mandatory Updates
For reasons of security, compliance, technical stability, or service evolution, Glabs325 may set a mandatory minimum version via a remote configuration mechanism (e.g., Firebase Remote Config).
If your version is below the minimum required version, access to all or part of the application may be temporarily blocked until updated from the official store.
11. Limitation of Liability
Gidoma is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Glabs325 shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, business interruption, or external unavailability (network, store, device).
The support content, reminders, and advice do not constitute a guarantee of results.
No provision of these Terms of Use limits your statutory rights as a consumer, nor any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
12. Termination
You may cease using the application at any time by uninstalling it. Glabs325 may suspend access in case of unlawful use or use contrary to these General Terms of Use.
When a paid subscription is active, its termination or non-renewal takes effect according to the rules of the store through which it was subscribed.
13. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms of Use are governed by French law, subject to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
14. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, any consumer has the right to have free recourse to a consumer mediator with a view to the amicable resolution of a dispute opposing them to Glabs325, after a prior written complaint has remained unresolved.
