2. General Principle

Cavrya is designed as an offline-first application. Core calculations and working data are intended to be processed locally on your device.

Glabs325 does not automatically access your water measurements, your pools, your history, or your local preferences, unless you choose to transmit them to us yourself as part of a support request.

3. Data Processed

3.1 Local data on the device

  • Water measurements entered in the application.
  • Pool information and calculation parameters.
  • Local history of analyses and usage preferences.
  • Technical parameters necessary for the local operation of the application.

3.2 Support Data

If you contact Glabs325 by email, we process the information you voluntarily send us, such as your email address, your message, the application version, the device model, or screenshots if you attach them.

3.3 Data related to purchases and subscriptions

If in-app purchases or subscriptions are activated in your version of Cavrya, limited data may be processed to verify the status of a purchase, activate Pro features, restore a purchase, or manage a subscription.

  • Subscribed offer or plan, including monthly, annual, or lifetime purchase, activation status, renewal, or expiration as applicable.

5. No advertising tracking

As of April 21, 2026, Cavrya is not designed to exploit your data for behavioral advertising purposes and is not intended to sell your personal data.

6. Data Sharing

Local calculation data is not sent to Glabs325 as part of the application's normal offline use.

However, third parties may be involved only in cases where it is necessary for the distribution of the application, support management, email hosting, or the management of purchases and subscriptions when offered.

  • Apple App Store and Google Play Store: distribution, purchase, billing, restoration, and store account management.
  • RevenueCat, if active in your version: technical management of the catalog, subscription status, and purchase restoration.
  • Email messaging or hosting provider: reception and processing of support requests sent to contact@glabs325.com.

Some of these providers may process data from countries located outside the European Economic Area. In this case, transfers are carried out under the applicable legal mechanisms provided for by regulations.

7. Permissions and System Functions

When processing relies on your consent, especially for notifications, you may withdraw it at any time from your device settings, without retroactive effect on processing already performed.
